Muzammal is an Information Translator with over 22 years of experience in getting technical information understood in a non-technical manner. He started at Mercer University in Macon, GA for 3 years before transferring to Kennesaw State University to finish his two bachelor degrees in Information System and Information Security. Muzammal went on to finish his Master’s degree in Information Systems and minor in Cybersecurity, along with getting CompTIA Server+, Network+, and Security+ certifications. Learning how to learn something is the same as learning the rules of the game, and he does an amazing job getting students to spark their pilot light of learning and interest in doing well in school. Muzammal transforms people into professional learners that can conquer their fears of Math or English by making learning an enjoyable adventure. The unknown does make one wonder how to swim through the lake of knowledge, but having Muzammal as a guide on the journey of learning is the best way to get across in a fun and safe manner. Biggest mistake Muzammal has seen in all his years helping people, is that people worry about knowing everything. It is impossible to know everything, so worrying about the impossible does not help the mind process what is being absorbed. Instead, shifting focus to understanding why something works helps bring out questions that can help make a chemical change in the brain. The brain is made up of chemical reactions, and the perception of those reactions is how we see, think, talk, etc. If the right questions are not asked, then true learning has not occurred. Muzammal is always open to questions and can explain things in multiple dimensions. He is the only IT and Cybersecurity guy who loves to teach Chemistry, Biology, Calculus, IT, Databases, Cybersecurity and anything technical that would need an Information Translator. On his time off from work, Muzammal enjoys going on hikes at Stone Mountain and many other trails all over Georgia.

Melanie M.

Melanie has a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and a Master’s degree in Education with a concentration in Multiple Intelligence Theory. She taught high school chemistry for eight years in New Orleans,New York City and Washington D.C., gaining experience with diverse students and learning styles. She moved to Atlanta in 2005 and has been tutoring students ever since, helping them build confidence and achieve academic success.

She uses Multiple Intelligence Theory to assess each student’s strengths and tailor instruction so they can learn in the way that best fits them. She also homeschooled her five children for two years, which strengthened her ability to individualize instruction and meet students where they are. Outside of education she enjoys yoga, hiking and cooking and values balance, curiosity and lifelong learning.
