Upon completion of my undergraduate degree at Western, I completed a M.DPE from OISE, U of T and was employed for 3 years at OISE running an infant developmental lab, before embarking on my tutoring business.

Raemyn is a Franchise Support Manager at Prep Academy Tutors. She has been working with Prep Academy since 2020. Raemyn is a certified teacher who is familiar with the curriculum guidelines and expectations over various grade levels, and she specializes in teaching English and Social Sciences. Raemyn majored in Educational Studies and graduated from York University with a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Bachelor of Education degree. Raemyn is passionate about creating a safe, inclusive, and better educational experience for students. In her free time, Raemyn enjoys watching hockey, traveling, reading, and spending time with her family.

Alana earned two diplomas in Journalism and Digital Media before becoming a journalist specializing in arts and culture, small business, and innovation.
Alana has tutored young people through Big Sisters of Oakville, taught computer camps in Sydney, Australia, and has even tutored adult professionals in the fine art of social media. Now, Alana is proud to join the fine team at Prep Tutor Academy and help boost kids’ confidence as they strive to reach new heights.

Aleah has a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering and is currently a Biomedical Engineering Masters student at the University of Toronto. She has 4+ years of experience in tutoring students from grades 1-12 in a variety of subjects, specializing in math and physics-based courses. She is also trained in the Direct Instruction program.

Amna is an Ontario Certified Teacher, certified to teach Primary, Intermediate, and Senior Mathematics. She completed her Bachelor of Science at McMaster University in Mathematics and Statistics and her Bachelor of Education at Brock University. She has strong skills in communication, listening, empathy and patience. Her goal to ensure all her students reach their maximum potential. Math is a passion for her so making it fun for others is what she aims for.

Amy H. is an accomplished professional with a Child and Youth Care background. In 2006, she graduated from Humber College with an Advanced Diploma in Child and Youth Care. Amy’s early career involved a meaningful four-year tenure as a foster parent and group home manager. In 2008, she transitioned to the Peel District School Board, where she has been dedicated to supporting students as an Educational Assistant for over a decade.
In 2023, Amy achieved academic excellence, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Child and Youth Care with a minor in Sociology, earning honours. Currently in her first year of Teachers College at OISE, Amy has embarked on a new chapter in her professional journey. During her initial placement in a grade 2/3 class, Amy demonstrated her prowess in modifying lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of individual learners. Her aptitude for fostering meaningful relationships and exceptional communication skills have been pivotal in her roles as an Educational Assistant and, more recently, as a student teacher.

Amy is a graduate of the OISE Master of Teaching program at the University of Toronto with prior experience as a Registered Early Childhood Educator. Amy is also a teacher with the Halton District School Board with qualifications in the Primary and Junior divisions and is pleased to offer her expertise outside of the classroom to support students with their specific learning needs. With the understanding, each student has their own unique learning style Amy has strategies and skills to provide students to find greater confidence in their learning journey. Amy enjoys working closely with students by fostering stronger connections on a one-to-one basis. Arshi is an analytical science teacher proficient in teaching scientific principals especially anatomy and physiology. Organized and focused with proficiency in varied learning methods and assessment, influenced by 11 years of rich teaching experience. Arshi has taught in a cosmetology institute and loves cooking with varied spices. She believes in sustainable living and has mentored many projects with the same theme. She likes to enlighten the students’ mind with the problem solving methodology she has been trained on. She has bagged gold medals during her bachelor’s and master’s and has been awarded as the best STEM facilitator for year 2020 by Shell Energy India. She holds a PhD in life sciences.

Aya is a Master’s graduate in chemistry from McMaster University with extensive tutoring experience helping students from grades 9-12 and first-year university level. Aya is deeply passionate about teaching and helping young minds flourish in the academic world. She excelled in her academic career, graduating at the top of her cohort, in her undergraduate degree at Carleton University. Learning about science extends beyond the classroom for her. Aya volunteered in numerous chemistry magic shows, performing chemical experiments for the public and educating children about the science involved in the demonstration. Her approach for teaching students is to expose the passion behind learning and understanding the fascinating principles beyond the textbook.

Brianna is currently pursuing a Masters in Teaching from University of Toronto’s OISE program. She completed her undergraduate degree in French studies with a minor in English, graduating with honours and a certificate of bilingualism. She enjoys working with children and incorporates fun into learning! With experience working at the YMCA’s before and after program as a team lead, as well as working full day kindergarten, Brianna feels well equipped to enhance the learning experience of any child from any learning background. She is organized, patient, and always willing to find another way around any problem. Brianna enjoys music, literature, and making new friends! She is determined to make a change in the educational system and help children feel that they are safe to ask any question. Her teaching style is inquiry-based and driven by a desire to make learning accessible and exciting.

Brooke has a Bachelor’s Degree in Child and Youth Studies (Honours), along with a First Class standing. Brooke travelled abroad and studied at Cardiff Metropolitain University in Wales, UK to undertake the PGCE Primary program. The cross-curricular experience has allowed Brooke to strengthen her teaching philosophy and become a qualified teacher. Currently, Brooke is working with a school board as a Supply Teacher.

Caitlin is a certified member of the Ontario College of Teachers. She received her Honours Bachelor Degree at Wilfrid Laurier University in Brantford, Ontario with a double major in English and Contemporary Studies and a double minor in Criminology and Law. She completed her Bachelors of Education at the University of Toronto’s Ontario Institute of Studies in Education in 2015 and is now an Occasional Teacher with the Halton District School Board.

Caitlin has been a tutor for many years and enjoys working with students to help them learn how to love their hardest subjects. She has worked with children of all ages from grade 12 university English to teaching young children how to read through a beginner readers program. She has helped students prep for the OSSLT as well as the ACT and enjoys helping students reach their full potential. Caitlin recently received two additional qualifications and is happy to say she can now teach law and has received her guidance part I certificate.
Caitlin has a passion for teaching and helping others and just wants to help as many people succeed as possible. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her horse at the barn and during the summer shows competitively.

I grew up in the Oakville area before moving south and attending Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia, USA. At Liberty University I completed my degree in Elementary Education with a specialization in Science and a minor in Psychology. As a result, I am qualified to teach Kindergarten through grade 6 and have a background in higher level English and Biology. I have gained experience in a variety of diverse classroom settings and participated in two tutoring programs in Virginia and Pennsylvania.

Catherine is currently a second year Biomedical Science student at McGill University, where she majors in Anatomy and Cell Biology. Awarded the McConnell Entrance Scholarship, she has consistently demonstrated high academic performance in her studies.

In addition to her passion for science, Catherine has a deep appreciation for the arts. As an Arts Prefect during her senior year of high school, she actively engaged in various productions and fine arts projects. This blend of interests showcases her well rounded character and ability to excel in diverse fields.

Beyond the university campus, Catherine has gained practical experience in the medical field. She worked at a fast-paced General Practitioner’s office over the summer, where she honed her skills and deepened her understanding of patient care.

Outside her academic and professional pursuits, Catherine enjoys exercise, exploring new music, spending quality time with friends, and cherishing moments with her three siblings. Her enthusiasm for making science accessible and exciting to others is a testament to her dedication and love for her field of study.

Chelsea is a certified member of the Ontario College of Teachers. She attended Brock University, completing the Concurrent Education Program with a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Education. In the program, Chelsea specialized in History and English for the Intermediate/Senior level. Chelsea was hired as an Occasional Teacher in the Niagara region.

Over the past several years, she has gained a strong passion for working with all learners to achieve academic success. Chelsea has worked as a literacy leader in a high school Student Success classroom in Niagara, where she helped students from a variety of academic streams, including online credit recovery. She has additional experience leading OSSLT preparation and remediation sessions for secondary students. In terms of professional development, Chelsea has attended workshops that focus on student mental health, cultural awareness, and special education.

Chelsea has a passion for working one-on-one with students to promote their self confidence in a collaborative academic environment. In her spare time, she is interested in fitness, cooking, and volunteering.

Chris graduated from the University of Toronto in 1985 and went on to complete his Bachelors of Education in 1986. He is an Ontario Certified Teacher, qualifying him to teach all subject in Primary, Junior and Intermediate grades. Since graduating Chris has been a teacher with the Halton Catholic District School Board until his retirement last June. When he isn’t teaching you usually find Chris coaching within the school or community.

Damian has an undergraduate degree in Physics and Astronomy from the university of Waterloo, and is currently in his second year of Teachers college at OISE. Damian did a CO-OP at the Canadian Space Agency, played and coached soccer in Germany, and likes to play guitar. Damian can’t wait to help you with your math and physic queries and get to know you.

Emma has her diploma in Early Childhood Education from Sheridan College and is currently at Nipissing University pursuing her Bachelors of Education in the Primary/Junior French as a Second Language division.

Francesca is enrolled in the Concurrent Education program at Brock University and has over a year of tutoring experience with a variety of ages via in-person and online platforms. She is working towards teachables in English and Geography, implementing her passion for learning during tutoring sessions, and develops individualized methods that best suit her students’ learning styles. Ultimately, Francesca’s encouragement and positive attitude fosters overall student success

After completing her Bachelor of Science degree at McMaster University in 2019, Gabby went on to pursue her career in education. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she spent time teaching English virtually to students in Ecuador and studied to become an educational assistant. She received her diploma in Educational Support at Sheridan College in 2022, where she graduated as the class valedictorian with the highest GPA in the program. Her experience as an educational assistant allowed her to take on the mindset that focused on how each individual student learns, and challenged her creativity to adjust curriculum materials according to students’ needs and preferences. The resulting academic development of the students inspired her to go into teaching full-time. Today, Gabby is currently pursuing her Master of Teaching degree at University of Toronto’s Ontario Institute for Studies in Education. Through theory and practicum-based approaches, she is being further equipped to find and bridge gaps between student motivation towards education, their skill levels, and Ontario’s curricula expectations. Gabby understands the significance of the provision of resources and support beyond the classroom walls and is eager to play a positive role in each students’ path to success.

Hamzeh holds a bachelors honors degree of engineering from Kingston university, England. He completed the pre-university A level math with a stellar ‘A’ as a final grade. Since he was a student ,Hamzeh discovered his passion for tutoring and teaching . He has more than 10 years of experience teaching Maths and Physics both locally and internationally.In addition, he has provided individual tutoring for high school students including his own kids .
His passion for Math and the enjoyment of tutoring have elevated his knowledge and created his own distinct methodology for delivering the teaching material. When Hamzeh is in tutoring session, he makes sure that the session is beneficial and the information is passed simply and clearly

Hilmi is a graduate from McMaster university’s Biotechnology program. During his studies he was a volunteer as a representative of the university to introduce new students to the campus and help them through a mentorship program. The program involved tutoring 1st and 2nd year students to help them succeed in their courses. Calculus, intro to programming, statistics, physics, chemistry and biology were among the courses that he tutored.

Outside of education, Hilmi is an avid Rock climber, computer builder, comic movie buff, Disney fan, and loves to camp.

Isabel is in the final stages of completing her Bachelor of Education at Queen’s University. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Applied Science in Early Childhood Studies from the University of Guelph and a Diploma in Early Childhood Education from Humber. Her comprehensive experience includes teaching placements across kindergarten to grade 4 levels, as well as several summers as a camp counsellor for children aged 3 to 10. This background has informed her development of creating hands-on activities tailored to the interests and strengths of her students.

Recognizing the benefits of mindfulness in enhancing academic, social, and emotional learning, Isabel integrates mindfulness practices into her teaching. She has observed improvements in children’s focus, resilience, and self-soothing through this approach. Isabel emphasizes the importance of creating a nurturing learning environment, beginning with providing space for students to breathe.

Isabel has undertaken projects such as creating a bullying prevention handbook for children and an anti-bias handbook, reflecting her commitment to professional growth and values integration in the classroom. As part of her focus on international education in teachers college, she spent a month in South Africa for immersive learning experiences.

James is a York University Teacher Candidate pursuing his qualifications at the Primary/Junior level. James has experience in Kindergarten, grade 3, and grade 5 classrooms. In addition to pursuing an Education degree, James is also completing an Honours BA in Professional Writing. His specialties include teaching reading and writing, with an emphasis on helping students to express themselves clearly. Additionally, having completed the French Immersion program throughout elementary and high school, James can assist students in struggles they may encounter with French. James’ teaching philosophy insists that students must be actively engaged and invested in their learning in order for it to truly benefit them. James is a passionate Tennis teacher who has worked at several clubs in Oakville for the past 7 years. He also has a love for music and plays multiple instruments. James believes in creating a fun and comfortable learning environment for students.

Hello & Bonjour! Jasmine is currently a French teacher in PDSB. She has a Master’s degree in Teaching from OISE, where she focused on the French language and the impact of multilingualism on academic, social and psychological success.

Jessica has a Master’s degree in French and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She has been teaching for the last 10 years and she has recently moved to Canada after many years of teaching in Dubai. Her expertise lies in languages.

Jordan holds a Ph.D. In English Literature from McMaster University with a specialization in Environmental Studies and Cultural Studies of Science. Over the past eight years, he has taught postsecondary courses on academic writing, critical reading and writing, cultural studies, and environmental studies at McMaster University, New York University, and CUNY Queens College. He has considerable experience advising and working with students applying to undergraduate and graduate programs both in Canada and the United States.

Jordan tutors students of all ages with an emphasis on senior literacy, remedial assistance, advanced learning, and college/university preparation. He is a flexible and approachable teacher who is passionate about reading and writing.

By utilizing inclusive teaching practices and interactive lessons, Jordan creates a fun and collaborative learning environment where students feel comfortable enough to express themselves and explore different ways of thinking. He builds individualized lessons for each student with specific academic strategies and learning goals catered to their learning needs. His lessons involve rigorous assessments of a student’s strengths and weaknesses and aim to build self-confidence.

Jordan is an avid cyclist and “bike-packer” and spends most of his time either on his bike exploring or reading with one of his three cats!

Julia is currently in the fourth year of her BAH at Queen’s University, majoring in History and minoring in Philosophy. She has previously tutored for high school English and can assist with any English, Social Science, or writing-based courses. Julia also has a broad music and music theory knowledge, completing her grade 12 Music and Music Repotoire courses, as well as her Grade 7 RCM vocal exam.

Kaitlyn is currently an elementary teacher. She has her K-8 qualifications and has specialized in her ABQ of First Nation, Metis and Inuit studies. She graduated in 2018 from Bishop’s University with a BA of Sociology and English. Kaitlyn went on to work in Early Childhood Education at the YMCA, before following her dreams of becoming a teacher. She graduated from Ontario Tech University with a BEd in the primary and junior division, and has recently completed her intermediate division qualifications. Kaitlyn strives for the utmost success in all her students. She understands that each child is unique and has different ways of learning.

Hi everyone! My name is Katherine Putzig and I recently graduated from OISE in downtown Toronto! I completed the Concurrent Education Program and received an Honours Bachelor of Arts in 2017. I majored in French linguistics and sociology. I have been tutoring since I was 11 years old, mostly in French and have thoroughly enjoyed working with such a diverse group of students of all age groups. I was recently hired by the Halton District School Board and have been supply teaching a variety of different subjects at many different schools. The most important aspect of tutoring for me is the creation of a positive, inclusive learning space in which my students feel comfortable and are not afraid to ask questions and try new things – making mistakes contributes to the development of critical thinking skills which every student should develop! When I’m not in the classroom, you can find me singing, watching professional sports and scoping out the newest and most interesting places to eat!

Katiana graduated from Mercy College with a Master of Science degree in 2008 and from the University of Ottawa with a Bachelor of Education degree in 2016. She also has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting. Katiana is an Ontario Certified Teacher certified to teach Intermediate and Senior students in Math. She is also fluent in both English and French. Katiana has worked with students of all ages. She enjoys hanging out with friends and family, swimming, doing yoga, and watching movies in her spare time.

Katrina received her Honours Bachelor Degree from the University of Toronto with a major in English Literature and a double minor in History and Political Science. She also holds a Masters in Education with a focus on English and Special Education. Katrina is currently a secondary school teacher with the Peel District School Board, where she teaches English (all levels, including IB and Vocational) and Special Education. Throughout her career, Katrina has maintained a desire to gain rich and varied teaching experiences and is therefore active within her high school and within her community as Katrina believes that connecting with the various interests and hobbies of her students’ will strengthen bonds and enrich the learning experience by connecting the curriculum to real life. Throughout her career and through various volunteer placements, Katrina has worked with many students of various ages who had behavioural and developmental learning exceptionalities and, by doing so, helped students gain confidence and positive results with reading and writing skills. Katrina believes that building relationships and fostering resilience is essential in order to help build confident learners who are able achieve success in all aspects of life. Katrina takes pride in helping her students to reach their full potential and encourages a range of skills to help ensure they are successful in both their academic and personal lives.

Kevin has a Bachelor’s degree in Materials and Nanosciences from the University of Waterloo. He teaches high school chemistry, physics and math and has been a tutor since March 2020. He is currently working as a quality control technician at a coatings company. In his off time he likes to play video games, play music and fish.

Lianna earned a Bachelor of Education and a Bachelor of Sciences, with a focus in honours biological sciences and minor in physical geography, from Brock University. She completed an honours thesis in bacterial genetics with Brock University’s department of Biological Sciences and Agriculture Canada. Lianna has also completed an Ontario University Field Biology Course, where she performed ecology-based research in Belize’s Lighthouse Reef Atoll. She is an Ontario Certified Teacher, qualifying her to teach the intermediate and senior divisions. She is also qualified to teach chemistry, as well as ESL, through a qualification course and teaching practicum at an ESL summer camp in Shanghai, China for a month. Her teaching pedagogy is centred around student success, as she believes a learner must be individually supported through the learning process, while in a positive environment where student’s differences are celebrated and honoured. She strives to encourage and assist students in moulding their own education journey, instead of being forced to fit into a pre-established mould of learning. She also understands the delicate balance of athletics and academics, as a former member of Brock’s varsity Dragon Boat team.
Lianna loves to spend time with her family and friends, including her two cats. She likes to make music, sew, knit, and enjoy the beauty of nature in her free time.

Lindsay graduated from the Concurrent Education program at Brock University with a Bachelor of Arts in Child and Youth Studies and a Bachelor of Education in the primary and junior divisions. Since then, she has obtained additional qualifications to teach Intermediate English, Special Education and English as a Second Language.

Lindsay not only has experience in Canadian classrooms, but has also taught and tutored in Namibia, Peru and China. She has a great deal of experience teaching English, both as a first and a second language, as well as mathematics and science.

Lindsay uses her passion and enthusiasm towards teaching and learning to always establish a positive learning environment with her students. She believes an environment where questions are encouraged and mistakes are respected is one that will promote success in each child’s learning. Lindsay recognizes that learning is an individual process and thus works hard to tailor her instruction to use each student’s strengths in order to address their needs.

Lindsay has a passion for working with children both inside and outside the classroom. She spends her spare time coaching children’s soccer as well as volunteering in special education settings within her local school board.

A graduate of the University of Toronto, Lori earned an undergraduate degree in English and History as well as Master’s degree in Child Study and Education. She has been employed as a high school teacher for over 10 years and possesses certification to teach at the primary, junior, intermediate and senior levels from the Ontario College of Teachers (#615329). Additionally, she has taught graduate students at the University of Toronto, as well as an additional qualification course to teachers. She has completed numerous additional qualification courses and is qualified to teach a range of subjects, namely: English, Mathematics, Special Education, History, Religious Education, and Health and Physical Education. She specializes in English and has helped write two courses, as well as an Ontario Teacher-Student Literacy Resource that contains strategies and lessons that equip students with the literacy skills requisite to pass the Ontario Secondary School Literacy Test. She also loves working with students with exceptionalities and has a penchant for mathematics education. She is very personable and believes that all students are relational learners capable of thriving when paired with a nurturing and experienced educator who meets students where they are and intelligently scaffolds their progress

Makenzi Mellon is professional, positive, and engaging Teacher Candidate with 4+ years of experience working in a variety of unique educational settings. Makenzi’s philosophy focuses on inclusivity and differentiated instruction within the classroom in a way that allows her students to be successful. Makenzi graduated my Bachelor’s of Education in July from Queen’s University and plans on tutoring this year to expand her portfolio before entering the teaching workforce!

Marc has completed his Undergraduate and Master’s Degree in Economics from Wilfred Laurier University where he spent time leading tutorials and assisting students with relevent course work. During his time at University, he led academic and orientation events for first year students whom he is still connected with today. Marc strongly believes his purpose is to serve and help others. Academic and personal success has not come without challenges for Marc and so he is eager to impart his organizational and personal learning stratagies where needed.

Marc currently works full-time at a Tech startup in Waterloo, ON. Outside of work he can be found on long walks, at the gym, with his dog or behind a good book.

Maya is currently pursuing her Master of Teaching at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE) of the University of Toronto. She has received her Honours Bachelor of Arts in French Language Teaching and Learning from the University of Toronto Mississauga, with minors in Education Studies and Psychology. Her significant instructional background includes various teaching placements in grade 2, 3, and 7 French immersion classes, along with many years as a summer camp instructor for children aged 4 to 11. She possesses practical expertise in teaching all subjects within the Primary-Junior age division (grades 1-6) and is especially proficient in French language instruction. Drawing from these valuable experiences, Maya excels at creating engaging lesson plans and educational activities tailored to accommodate students’ unique learning abilities. She is committed to utilizing her academic foundation in the field of education and extensive teaching experience to facilitate effective and meaningful learning opportunities for students.

Michael has extensive experience with HTML, CSS, WordPress, STATA, Eviews, R, and Microsoft Excel. Michael is currently teaching microeconomics at Seneca College.

Mr. Ritter has a Masters in Teaching & Learning from McGill University to go along with his Biology & Sciences background. Teaching has been a career change for Mr. Ritter, and so he also comes with lots of life experiences, which helps him relate and connect to students and the course material. Mr. Ritter certainly has a love for learning and specifically a passion for the sciences, which he strives to instill into his students.

Namam Palander is a thoroughly experienced advocate for holistic education; something she passionately aims to facilitate. Using this Scandinavian model of pedagogy, she has taught English all over the world including Sweden as well as South Korea. She holds a Double Undergraduate Degree in Political Science and Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University as well as a Master’s Degree in Sociology of Education from University of Toronto.

Nicolle graduated from Eastern Connecticut State University (USA) with an Honours Bachelor of Science degree and is entering her second year of her Bachelor of Education program at Brock University. She is specialized in teaching the primary/junior grades (k-6) but has qualifications in special education and English up to grade 12. Nicolle is familiar with EQAO and volunteers to scribe each year at different schools across Halton. This year, Nicolle taught all subjects in a grade 5/6 class, with a focus on grade 6 EQAO practice. Combining what she has learned at Brock and in her practicums, Nicolle has been able to develop different methods and styles of teaching to reach differentiated learners. Through her inclusive teaching practices and interactive lessons, Nicolle creates a fun and positive learning environment where students feel comfortable to explore new and different ways of thinking. She has tutored in the past and has also worked with little readers programs teaching students as young as 3 to start reading. Nicolle feels that it is extremely important to get to know her students and find out how they learn to forge a unique path to success for each individual student. On her spare time, Nicolle loves to read, watch hours of cooking shows and then attempt (and fail) at making the recipes and gardening. Tomatoes are her specialty!

Patrick is a graduate of Trent University with a Bachelor’s Degree of Education, with additional qualifications in Special Education, and Health and Physical Education. He also has a degree from York University in Social Science, and a diploma from Humber College in Media Communications. He originally discovered his passion for teaching while working with at-risk youth in the Ski Hill Blues program.

Rebecca graduated from the University of Western Ontario with an Honours Specialization in Geology. After Rebecca went to teachers college at Niagara University Primary Junior program. In addition Rebecca has completed two ABQs in Intermediate and Senior Science, as well as Math Part I AQ. Mathematics and Science are subjects that Rebecca has thoroughly enjoyed throughout her school years, and would like to pass on that passion to her students. She enjoys the challenge of working through the process of Mathematical problems. As well the understanding that Science is all around us, with everything we do and touch.

I am an Ontario qualified and certified teacher of modern languages. I have 35 years of experience teaching modern languages, primarily French and some years of Spanish as well. I have taught all secondary grades of core French at both the applied and academic levels. I have been recently involved in the implementation of the revised Ontario curriculum for French, 2014, and I am thoroughly familiar with its vision and goals. Also, I have mentored many student teachers of languages over the last several years. I believe that promoting and assisting students to reach their full potential in all the disciplines of the Ontario curriculum is an important goal of the educator.

Ryan is currently pursuing his MBA in Accounting and Finance, and holds his Bachelor of Business Administration (Distinction) with a major in Accounting. He has his FMVA and CBCA finance designations, and is a published financial and accounting author.

Sandra has a Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and a Master of Teaching degree with specific focus on Intermediate/Senior (grade 7-12) Science – Biology and Mathematics. She has been tutoring students from grade 6-12 for the past four years and has volunteered in her local church community teaching for the past seven years!

Sarah has over 20 years teaching experience with high school students in a variety of subjects, including mathematics, physics and science.

Stefan has an Bachelors degree in Honors Biochemistry from Wilfrid Laurier University. He continued his education at Centennial College, earning an advanced diploma in Industrial Microbiology. He just started a Masters of Science in Education, to be completed in the next few years. He currently teaches Chemistry and Microbiology at Sheridan College.

My name is Tamar Richards. I hold a Ph.D. in Environmental Science, M.Sc. in Atmospheric Science, and B.Sc. (honors) in Physics. I am a certified teacher in Senior and Intermediate Mathematics, Environmental Science, and Physics. Tamar has several years of teaching experience and taught a variety of courses in science and mathematics.

Zoe is an Ontario Certified Teacher and has a Master’s degree in Education from York University. Her teachable subjects include high school intermediate English and ESL. She also has experience teaching English at The University of Toronto. Zoe is currently teaching at Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board.
