Benny is an inclusive education and behaviour specialist with over five years of experience supporting children and youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder, developmental disabilities, and diverse learning needs across classroom, residential, and community settings.
She holds a Master’s degree in Education, Ethics and Leadership, a professional diploma in Early Childhood and Primary Education, a Bachelor’s degree in History and International Studies, and a TEFL certification. Her multidisciplinary background allows her to support students both academically and behaviourally.
Throughout her career, she has worked closely with children who benefit from structured support, individualized learning strategies, and positive behavioural interventions. She combines evidence-based behavioural strategies with engaging academic support to help students strengthen communication, emotional regulation, executive functioning, and independent learning skills.
She is passionate about creating a supportive and encouraging learning environment where students can build confidence, develop meaningful skills, and experience success both academically and socially.
