MANREET D.
I’m Manreet, a student at the University of Winnipeg studying Physics and a firm believer that learning doesn’t have to be boring or stressful. I’ve been tutoring since high school, and I love turning “ugh, I don’t get this” into “wait… that actually makes sense!”
MAGGIE B.
Hello! My name is Maggie B. (she/her). I am a 3rd year Faculty of Education student but 4th year at the University of Winnipeg. I am majoring in English and minoring in Psychology. Some of my experience with children so far include being a daycare assistant to children aged 5 months to 12 years, an educational assistant with students in grades K-8 and coaching! Grade levels that interest me most are 5-8. Although I have a passion for the English/arts area, I am still interested in history and sciences!
In my free time I enjoy baking, cooking, taking my 4-year-old puppy Penny for walks, reading, hanging out with friends and family, and watching tv. I also play ringette in the winter season and have been since I was 7. I met one of my best friends through the sport! A new hobby I’ve recently picked up is journaling! I find it peaceful at the end of the day to write down my thoughts, feelings, or even how my day was.
I am excited to help out and begin learning with you!
