Ollie is currently studying Environmental and Sustainability Sciences (Biology) at Concordia University. He graduated John Abbott College on the honour roll, having completed two internships in environmental science research. He has experience tutoring learners from the elementary to the CEGEP level across a wide variety of subjects.

Dominique B.

Dominique has finished his bachelor’s degree in History and is finishing his Master’s degree in History/Education. With this degree, Dominique will teach at Cegep’s level. He acquired a lot of experience with children and youth while working in day camps administration and YMCA’s community programs. He is now working in costumer service while serving as a historical consultant for various historians. He is eager to teach and help others in multiples fields, wether it is History, Geography, French or general research methods.

Dominique a terminé son baccalauréat en histoire et termine actuellement sa maîtrise en histoire/éducation. Avec ce diplôme, Dominique enseignera au niveau collégial. Il a acquis beaucoup d’expérience auprès des enfants et des jeunes en travaillant dans l’administration des camps de jour et dans les programmes communautaires du YMCA. Il travaille maintenant au service à la clientèle tout en agissant comme consultant historique pour divers historiens. Il a hâte d’enseigner et d’aider les autres dans de multiples domaines, que ce soit l’histoire, la géographie, le français ou les méthodes de recherches générales.

Madison B

Madison is currently a student at McGill University pursuing a Bachelor’s of Education in High School History and Geography. She attended John Rennie High School in the Academic Plus Program and graduated from John Abbott College on the Dean’s List. Madison has had experience teaching in a classroom, as well as one on one tutoring with students of all ages, including students with special needs. She places importance on creating a safe, supportive and stimulating learning environment, where students can reach their full potential by not only growing mentally, but also emotionally and socially. Madison wants her students to understand that it is necessary to ask question and make mistakes in order to succeed. Madison has a passion for the social sciences, including anthropology, psychology and sociology.

Fabrizio’s work centers media analysis as a means to better understand the human condition. His research into representations of artificial intelligence examines how the notion of the program relates to consciousness, agency, and subjectivity.

Alex has a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Concordia University, as well as a TEFL certification from the University of Toronto. He has been teaching / tutoring students in English for 4 years from elementary level to CEGEP. Aude is currently in her first undergraduate year in the honours physics program at McGill University. She graduated from Champlain Ste-Lawrence CEGEP on the Dean’s list in 2023 with a degree in pure and applied sciences. She was awarded the Governor General’s medal for her high school journey. She has tutored students from kindergarten all the way to CEGEP for over two years in English as well as in French. She is passionate about science, especially regarding space and the early mysteries of our universe. You can often find Aude looking up at the sky, eager to identify constellations and planets in the sky. She also loves art, music and any winter sport.

Elle a gradué du programme des sciences pures et appliquées du CEGEP Champlain Ste-Lawrence sur la liste d’honneurs en 2023.
