Ralph K.
Ralph graduated with high distinctions from the Rotman school of management at the University (BCom ’21 with a specialization in finance and economics, major in economics, and minor in environmental economics). He has been teaching as a TA and tutor since his third year, helping students all over North America succeed. After graduating, Ralph decided to follow his dreams of becoming a professional football (soccer) player and has been playing professionally in Europe for the last three years. He loves keeping his brain active, teaching, and helping others. As such, he continues to be available as a devoted tutor to help you excel in school.
Sally M.
Sally Mastromonaco is an experienced educator of 25 years. With a specialization in English, Reading Strategies, and Special Education, she has dedicated her career to fostering a love of learning in students from SK to 12. She focuses on literacy and numeracy skills development in her tutoring practice. Sally’s journey in education began during her high school years in Amherstburg, ON, where she worked at the local library and discovered her deep affinity for teaching. This early experience fueled her desire to pursue a career in education. After completing her Master of Arts in English Literature, she moved to the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) to embark on her teaching journey. Known for her ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment, Sally prioritizes mutual respect and active student participation in her classrooms. Erin R.
Erin is a dedicated and driven McGill psychology student, minoring in English cultural studies. She is set to commence her graduate studies in the fall of 2023, to begin her track towards receiving a Master and Doctorate of psychology. She works to enrich the English reading and writing skills of students at the university level and below and offers Intensive aid for research papers and literary essays, including thesis formatting, paragraph structuring, and strategies for syntax and grammar. She assists students enrolled in high school AP psychology, as well as those taking psychology courses in CEGEP and university.
Ibrahim B.
Ibrahim is completing his PhD in Mechanical Engineering at Concordia University after having acquired therefrom BEng and MASc degrees. For six years, Ibrahim has worked as a teaching assistant and lab demonstrator for a variety of mathematics, physics, and engineering courses while also offering private tutoring services to students at his academic institution.
His specialties are Math (including Calculus and Linear), Physics, and Programming (C++, Python) all up to the university level. Ibrahim has received some amount of recognition for his academic performance be it in the form of appearing in the Dean’s list or humbly accepting different academic scholarships and awards.

Parmida is a JD/BCL student at the McGill Faculty of Law. Previously, she received her M.A. and B.A. Honours at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, B.C. She has over seven years of teaching experience, including in course design, seminar facilitation, essay writing, and research methods.
She has also worked as a professional copywriter and marketing expert, and enjoys advising students on business fundamentals, marketing, and adjacent topics.
Justin D.
Justin is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) who currently works as a Tax Associate at Richter. He holds his Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Graduate Certificate in Professional Accounting (CPA Program) from McGill University. During his time in University, Justin also spent a semester abroad in England at the University of Manchester.
Justin has been a teaching assistant in McGill’s CPA program for the past two years and lead a Birthright Israel trip this past summer.

Raemyn has experience working one-on-one with students. She has worked in the PAWS Program at York University where she helped at-risk university athletes enhance their organizational skills and keep their grades up to ensure their success in both school, and their chosen sports. Raemyn also has experience working in a high school alongside a mentor teacher to gain first-hand experience within a classroom setting. In her free time Raemyn enjoys watching hockey, spending time with friends and family, and travelling.
SHABNAM S.
Shabnam is a theoretical physicist with a PhD from Scuola Normale Superiore of Pisa, Italy. She has worked as a researcher in different universities and countries. Before moving to Toronto, she lived in Singapore for more than six years and worked as a Research Fellow at the Centre for Quantum Technologies. She has taught undergrad students at universities such as Bilkent University, National University of Singapore and Yale-NUS college. In early 2019 she transitioned from academia to entrepreneurship. Currently she is a Co-Founder and Director of a start-up in Toronto.
In addition to her teaching experience at university level, she was a Math and Physics tutor right after finishing her high school until she became a PhD student. She has her way of simplifying scientific subjects for students to help them learn gradually and develop their logical thinking and problem solving abilities. Even in her entrepreneurial role she enjoys working with the interns a lot.
Shabnam has travelled to several countries and has friends from many different nationalities. Canada is the fifth country that she lives in. In her free time she enjoys cooking, exercising and dancing. When music plays she cannot stand still.
