Aaron is a seasoned educator with a proven track record of helping students with relationship based instruction. With six years of combined classroom and one-on-one tutoring experience and a passion for empowering young minds, Aaron is an expert in specific methods of teaching reading, k-10th grade math, creative/essay writing, and US/World History. Aaron’s commitment to teaching began at Northeastern University where he got an internship at the Boys and Girls Club in Boston for a year. He continued to privately tutor high school students writing college essays. After graduating with honors, he moved to Nicaragua, learned Spanish, and began teaching English to large classes. He returned home to teach piano privately and received an ESL Certification and a teaching certification from the American Board. He then began working for Lindamood-Bell Learning Academy tutoring kids k-12 with learning disabilities, reading, math, writing and history. When he isn’t tutoring Aaron is composing and performing piano music and enjoys hiking, fishing and rafting on the Chattahoochee River. He has a golden retriever named Maxie and loves to take her on walks. He also loves basketball, and hopes the Knicks will win the finals again.
