Liberty V.
Liberty is a graduate of the University of Virginia, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science with a minor in Data Science. During her studies, she gained valuable experience tutoring Vietnamese international students preparing to study in the United States. Liberty taught middle and high school English, tailoring each lesson to students’ interests, goals, and English proficiency levels. She also provided targeted support with college admissions, AP coursework, and SAT preparation. Liberty is passionate about helping students build confidence in their skills, and she loves seeing them discover their own creative voice through reading, writing, and problem-solving. In her spare time, Liberty loves to read, travel, and play board games.
Clezeal C.
Clezeal C. is a High School Mathematics teacher. He teaches Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra Trig, Statistics, Pre-Calculus, and Calculus. Clezeal has been teaching for over 25 years and has been tutoring for over 40 years. Clezeal is a very diverse teacher and is very passionate about helping other with mathematics. He is considerate to the way others learn and makes adjustment in his teaching so that anyone can understand. Clezeal is very knowledgeable with this subject, and he is optimistic that he can teach mathematics to anyone.
Caitlin T.
Caitlin is a qualified maths teacher originally from Cornwall, UK. After graduating with a master’s degree in civil engineering, she spent eight years living in different countries and teaching sailing around the world, including Whistler twice before. Five years ago, Caitlin decided to train as a teacher, inspired by her love of working with children, sharing knowledge, and helping students succeed.
Since then, she has worked in secondary schools and at a college teaching students who did not pass maths in school. For the past three years, Caitlin has also tutored privately, helping students build confidence and achieve success in the subject.
When she’s not teaching, you can find her in the mountains, trail running, bouldering, teaching yoga, reading, or befriending every dog she meets.
Nick B.
Nick is a dedicated academic tutor committed to empowering students to reach their full potential. Degrees in natural resources and environmental studies has provided him with a strong background in the math and sciences, including physical science, biology, ecology, and geology as well as extensive experience teaching other STEM based subjects. Nick provides personalized, engaging support that clarifies complex concepts and offering supplemental material for deeper understanding and enrichment opportunities tailored to each student’s unique learning style. Nick’s passion lies in nurturing confidence and academic enthusiasm among students, ensuring they not only understand the material but also develop a genuine love for learning. Born in Idaho, Nick has taken advantage of all of what Idaho has to offer using his free time to bike, ski, raft, hike, and camp around the state, often finding inspiration in the natural world for teachable moments.
Banke F.
Banke F. is a Certified Teacher with a strong passion for education, science, and student success. She is currently in the process of obtaining her bachelor’s degree, graduating early, while building a solid foundation in both the humanities and advanced STEM disciplines. Banke tutors a wide range of subjects, from introductory History and English courses to advanced STEM classes, including Biology, Biochemistry, and Organic Chemistry, with over a year of experience tutoring Organic Chemistry I and II. She is deeply committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment, tailoring her teaching approach to each student’s unique learning style—whether auditory, visual, or hands-on—to ensure they feel comfortable, confident, and heard. Alongside her tutoring work, Banke is actively involved in scientific research and was selected as one of only two students out of thousands applicants to participate as a BIO SENS intern at the University of New England this past summer. Outside of tutoring, she enjoys traveling and dedicates time to studying for the MCAT, bringing both discipline and curiosity into everything she does. Andrew D.
Andrew D. has a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Princeton University — where studied with some of the top Math professors in the world. While at Princeton, Andrew worked as an assistant instructor for a summer course for incoming freshmen, and he was a math tutor for all four years.
Andrew is a certified substitute teacher in Colorado, and will begin his Ph.D. program in Mathematics in Fall 2026 at Princeton. His goal is to become a full-time math professor at a major university.
In addition to his skills in math, Andrew also speaks fluent Spanish.
When he’s not focused on math, Andrew enjoys writing, going to the movies, and playing Dungeons and Dragons with the same group he’s been playing with for the past five years.

Gregory N.
Gregory is an experienced Math and Science tutor with a long-standing passion for helping students grow in confidence, skill, and academic performance. With decades of instructional experience across K–12 and adult education, Gregory brings deep expertise in algebra, geometry, high school math, SAT/ACT math and science prep, and foundational skills for younger learners.
Gregory has served as an instructor and tutor at Huntington Learning Center, where he prepared high school students for success on the SAT and ACT—particularly in the math and science sections—and supported K–12 students through extended learning programs. He has also taught algebra at Austin Community College as part of their college prep program and has extensive experience working with students who have learning differences.
Known for his patience, warmth, and relationship-focused approach, Gregory creates a positive, no-pressure learning atmosphere that helps students engage, take risks, and believe in their abilities. He uses encouragement, play-based learning when appropriate, and thoughtful questioning to strengthen comprehension and build lasting confidence.

Brandon H.
Brandon graduated from the University of New Orleans with a Master of Science in Physics, where he also worked as a graduate teaching assistant for four years, teaching physics labs and tutoring students in physics and mathematics. He has supported students from a wide range of backgrounds, helping them build confidence, strengthen foundational skills, and tackle challenging concepts. He is highly skilled in math and physical science instruction from the middle school level all the way through college coursework and has tutored extensively in that age range. Brandon is patient, adaptable, and committed to making complex ideas accessible to all.
He’s also a well-known asset at any trivia night, thanks to his habit of collecting utterly unnecessary (but surprisingly useful) random facts.
Jacob M.
Jacob is currently working on earning his PhD from the University of Rochester. Having graduated from BSU in 2018, he celebrated by cultivating his love of nature on a cross-country camping trip across the lower forty-eight and Alaska. The last seven years, he’s spent pursuing his other passion, teaching. Working as an Adjunct Professor and TA at the University of Rochester, he has enjoyed learning to adapt the curriculum to his students’ individual needs.
