Julia H.

Julia is a licensed Guidance Counsellor registered with the Ordre des Conseillers et Conseillères d’Orientation du Québec (OCCOQ).  She has experience working individually and in groups with children, adolescents and young adults. Additionally, Julia provides post-secondary education and career guidance to high school students. Every year, she attends information sessions hosted by CEGEPs and universities in Montreal in order to stay current on the admission requirements and programs offered.
Julia believes that student success begins with health and wellbeing. She helps students reach their full potential by building upon their strengths and assisting them with personal, social, and academic issues. She is passionate about working with students and fostering a trusting and inclusive environment where individuals feel comfortable, safe and at ease.

Alexandra M.

Alexandra is a licensed Guidance Counsellor registered with the Ordre des Conseillers et Conseillères d’Orientation du Québec (OCCOQ). She has experience providing counselling and psychotherapy services to youth and young adults facing academic stress, life transitions, interpersonal difficulties, and a variety of mental health concerns. Alexandra also provides academic advising to secondary and post-secondary students, and strives to work collaboratively with them to help them achieve their goals.
