Most Roshanara P. is a highly experienced Biology and Science teacher, trainer, and student counselor with 11 years of experience in secondary and higher secondary schools. She has a Master’s degree in Teaching, Learning, and Leadership from the University of Regina, enhancing her skills in assisting students and families with ethnic diversity and intellectual ability. Her other Master’s degree in Science as well as relevant teaching experience in Human Physiology, Biology, Intermediate Science, and Junior Mathematics for the last 11 years in secondary and higher secondary schools helped her achieve resilience in the learning and teaching process.

Most P. has a strong belief in inclusive pedagogies, indigenous teaching methods, and trauma-informed practices. She has worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, gaining knowledge in Standard First-AIDs Level-C with CPR & AED, and a micro-credential for supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
