Tanya Y.
Tanya holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Wilfrid Laurier University and has over four years of experience tutoring and teaching students from Grades 1–12. She has taught mathematics, science, English, French, and computer science and has experience working with students with a wide range of learning styles and academic needs.

Karan S.
Karan Sukhija is a practicing Software Engineer and experienced STEM educator with more than seven years of teaching and tutoring experience. He holds a Master of Applied Computer Science from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and currently works as a Software Engineer, where he designs cloud-based solutions using AWS and Salesforce while also mentoring junior developers.
Over the years, Karan has taught more than 100 students across Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and India in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, coding, and 3D design, supporting learners from Grade 6 through early university. Amil K.

NADER A.
Nader is an experienced educator with a strong academic background in mathematics, education, and applied linguistics. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics overseas, followed by a Bachelor of Education from York University. He also completed a Master’s degree in Mathematics for Teachers and holds a Master’s degree in Applied Linguistics.
Since 2010, Nader has taught Mathematics and Science at the high school level throughout York Region. In addition to his classroom experience, he has taught SAT and SSAT preparation as well as English, giving him a broad range of experience supporting students with different academic needs and learning styles.
Nader has received training in a variety of effective teaching strategies, including Direct Instruction, Differentiated Instruction, and Design Down. He uses these approaches to adapt his teaching to individual students, build their confidence and strengthen their understanding.

Shayan G.
Shayan values curiosity and learning, as he himself once tapped into his potential for learning and achieved his goals, which is what he aims to transfer to his students as well.
He is studying psychology BaSC, at Toronto Metropolitan university, and has been teaching nationwide in the topics of STEM for the last 5 years.
Shayan’s philosophy as a tutor is that he believes every human being must be curious and learn from history that science and mathematics are the only tools we have that transcends us from being regular.

Hanlong is an Ontario Certified Teacher with a Bachelor of Education in Secondary Mathematics Education from the University of Regina and a Master of Professional Education in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) from Western University. He also holds a Saskatchewan Professional A Teaching Certificate.
Hanlong has teaching experience in mathematics and science at the middle and secondary school levels. His mathematics teaching experience includes Ontario Grade 9–12 Mathematics, Advanced Functions, Calculus and Vectors, and Data Management. He has also taught Grade 10 Science, Grade 11 Chemistry, and Grade 11 Physics. His experience includes IB MYP Mathematics, IB Diploma Programme Mathematics, and AP Calculus.
Hanlong has also taught mathematics competition preparation courses, including Gauss, Pascal, Cayley, Fermat, CIMC, and AMC. His lessons focus on conceptual understanding, mathematical reasoning, problem-solving strategies, and the development of foundational skills.
With his academic background in TESOL, Hanlong also has experience supporting multilingual students with mathematical and scientific vocabulary, academic language, and the communication of problem-solving processes. His teaching incorporates structured explanations, guided practice, and independent problem-solving to support students with different academic backgrounds and learning needs.
Jacklyne E.
Jacklyne is a graduate of Western University with an Honours Specialization in Statistics and a Minor in Economics. She has a strong academic background in mathematics, statistics, economics, financial modelling, and accounting, along with professional experience as a Data Analyst with multiple Ontario government ministries. Jacklyne has several years of tutoring experience supporting students of all ages in Mathematics, Calculus, Statistics, and Data Management. She is passionate about helping students not only improve their academic skills, but also develop confidence, curiosity, and a positive relationship with learning. Nicholas is a first-year Teacher Candidate at Ontario Tech University, specializing in Intermediate and Senior Mathematics. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Trent University, where he developed a strong foundation in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication—skills that help students approach mathematical concepts with confidence and clarity.
Nicholas has experience supporting students in Grades 7 through 12 and is committed to creating engaging, student-centred learning experiences. Ryan C.
Ryan graduated on the Dean’s List from the Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Arts in Honours Business Administration. Fueled by a passion for problem solving, and just a little too much Lego growing up, Ryan is currently pursing a sequential degree in Mechatronic Systems Engineering (robotics engineering), also at Western University. Ryan started his teaching journey at the age of 16 as a camp counsellor, helping campers learn the basics of canoeing, rock climbing, archery, and woodworking! He worked as a camp counsellor until his second year of university, and where he grew his teaching experiences by offering his peers review sessions as a way to prepare himself for his own exams. Ryan has been professionally tutoring students at both the university and high school level since 2023 focussing primarily on first year engineering students. Ryan’s most tutored subject is computer science, probably because he got a perfect 100% in first year CS, but also has plenty of experience teaching business, physics and math courses. Ryan has always enjoyed teaching youth and young adults and feels a lot of pride watching them grow along their academic journeys.
