We educate based on the current curriculum to ensure that your child is able to catch up with his or her classmates, approach subject matter with confidence in the classroom, and make connections between what they are learning both at home and in school.
Unlike in a standardized classroom, if your child has any gaps in knowledge or is struggling with a specific subject matter, we revisit the material to ensure comprehension. We do this by providing your child with the one-on-one attention necessary to both identify and rectify these gaps in knowledge.
Schools in Montreal provide educational instruction given in both French or English depending on the school board, and our tutors will provide education and instruction in the way that is most comprehensive and easy for your child to understand.

We offer test preparation for a wide variety of standardized tests including Ministry Exams, High School entrance exams, the SAT, SSAT and more.

Beyond coming to every session prepared with pertinent material, Avi was encouraging and attentive to my daughter throughout their 20 weeks working together. He explained concepts in simple ways, gave clear instructions, and provided methods on how to test successfully. He recognized her strengths and reinforced her weaker areas with a positive outlook. My daughter became more and more confident about her upcoming exam. I believe it was because she trusted Avi’s guidance and truly believed he could help her if she needed additional support. I would highly recommend Avi and Prep Academy Tutors. Thank you, Avi.
